Keno was introduced in 200 BC by the Chinese military leader, Cheung Leung who utilized this game as a way to finance his failing forces. The city of Cheung was waging a war, and after awhile of war time seemed to be facing national famine with the dramatic drop in supplies. Cheung Leung needed to create a fast response for the financial calamity
