Keno Introduction

Keno is a game you either have knowledge of or you do not. It is basically seen as a lottery in the casino. Similar to the lottery, the game is made up of numbers being drawn. The challenge is to select the numbers that will be selected. The game of Keno can either be fast or slow depending on the casino. By playing Keno on the net you can set the pace of the game. For me, I prefer real life keno. You relax in a lounge, if you like, and enjoy. Keno is a game that you don’t have to be in the lounge to play and be a winner. For instance, you can put in a ticket for 20 games and then head off to gamble on something else in the casino or even your room if you are staying in the casino.

Keno Board

The game is gambled on on a game board. The Keno game board consists of eighty numbers total – numbered one though eighty. The top forty are referred to as the top half and the bottom forty are called the bottom portion.

Playing Keno

Each round of Keno goes the same. The round starts, and 20 numbers are selected. The casino may be using the ball system. Ping pong like balls are sucked up and chosen, exactly like the lottery on TV. Some other casinos utilize pc’s. If a number you checked is selected, that is called a "hit." When all twenty numbers have been picked, the round ends and winning tickets are cashed-in.

There is a lot of choices in the game of Keno. For instance, you can select one number, 2 numbers and so forth-up to twenty numbers. Usually, you need to hit most of your numbers to come away with something. For instance, if you select six numbers, you will generally have to hit 3 to get your cash back.

Keno Pay outs

The payouts in Keno are very high. The odds of coming away with a win is dependent on the total numbers picked. For example, if you pick two numbers, you have a six percent chance of hitting your ticket. Every casino has their own payouts. If you are playing on the net, be sure you look around for the biggest pay outs first.
